A fine stay for the price. Clean place with satisfactory breakfasts. Extremely helpful and absolutely courteous staffs, gave a few recommendations. Standard king room with a hair dryer, fresh smelling linens, sufficient tables. A wide array of food at breakfast like hot waffles and hardboiled eggs. Convenient location especially in California.

The room was well decorated with a hair dryer, an iron, for instance, had everything we wanted. The location met expectation, it was quiet especially in California.

Planned to see Santa Nella major attractions and it was decent place for visiting all of them. Location: the hotel was just next door to a truck stop as well as the freeway: )

during my stay, I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, along with the clean and spacious rooms that ensured a comfortable experience, making it easy to stroll to nearby eateries like Wendy's and Del Taco, all just a few steps away.

Very nice hotel complex with pool and green area in the courtyard. There are permanently installed gas barbecues which can be used. The pool made a decent impression but was not used by us. Large breakfast room, but offers typical "continental" food: Froot Loops, oat flakes, bagels, toast, apples/bananas, yoghurt, pancake oven, scrambled eggs/bacon. Plenty of coffee available (regular, decaf). The room was very tidy and clean. The Quality Inns were our price/performance favourites during our 3-week round trip.

The rooms are bright and airy, due to the typical US lightweight construction. When the neighbor is taking a shower, you can hear the sound of the water very loudly. But that is a general problem there. In Santa Nella there is nothing to see except gas stations, fast-food restaurants and some hotels.

I stayed here on a business trip and found the room to be very comfortable and clean. The staff was really good, always willing to assist and providing a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning worked efficiently, but the breakfast options were somewhat limited. It was a satisfactory stay, especially given the nice pool area.

WiFi wasn't the best, except of gas stations there is nothing else in the vicinity of the hotel

This is a jewel, without a doubt the best place to stay between L.A. and Livermore. We drive from Phoenix and it's a haul to get this far but worth the effort. Plus, Pea Soup Anderson's is there for the Travelers Special. We always stayed here when it was Holiday Inn Express and the amenities continue...at a lower price!

Quality Inn offers anice and neat room with efficient air conditioning. The staff provided really good service, assisting with all my needs and ensuring a cute atmosphere. The breakfast featured a good variety, and the pool and hot tub were well-maintained.

The staff was very helpful and nice, the breakfast was better than at the most of these motel places in USA (a note for Europeans - it means almost bearable, but suggest go out to have a proper breakfast at one of many eateries nearby), good internet connection, all necessary amenities.

The room was very dark, as I had my window facing passage.

ok but place needs to be refurbished. Overall pleased is outdated and in need of upgrade. Staff very nice and shower great, beds comfortable

Grounds very shoddy and need to be refurbished ... A/C either freeze or sweat... Couldn't get it adjusted to comfort level.... Overall just old. Breakfast was lacking freshness fruit and pancakes dropping out of machine were disgusting

Room wasnice and neat with cable channels, microwave, and a coffee maker. The wireless internet worked okay and the fitness area was well-kept. Breakfast included a few good options, though the pancake machine wasn't my fave. Enough fast food places nearby for quick eats. Staff was chill and helpful.

Friendly staff at check in and helped us solve an issue with our room quickly. Convenient location to stop while traveling down to Anaheim from the Pacific NW. Quiet and great AC (but be prepared for a hot room at first as they do not turn it on for your arrival). And for those that love it, In and Out is located near by.

General bathroom cleanliness could be improved upon and general condition of things. This place has definitely aged since I was there 2 years ago. Our room was on the north side of the building and we had to enter through a gate near SMOKING rooms, which was AWFUL. I would suggest putting smoking rooms at the back of the hotel where people aren't walking to their cars or to breakfast in the morning. The side street around the hotel is in VERY poor condition and needs to be paved desperately. With a little love this place could be a great location again. For now it's below average in my opinion, which is unfortunate.
